Submitting this form asks our team to review your idea and prepare a quote. It does not place a production order, reserve stock or authorize a payment. The website does not take a checkout payment or calculate a binding final price.
Our response target is 24–48 business hours. This is a quote-response target, not a production or delivery commitment. Tell us about urgent dates so we can assess feasibility.
Prices, availability and production approval
Garment availability, suitable decoration methods, minimum quantities, pricing, taxes, shipping, lead times and any design/digitization charges are confirmed in the written quote. Any quote expiry, payment, cancellation or refund conditions will be supplied with that quote or a later order agreement.
Production should proceed only after the applicable written quote and final artwork/specifications have been approved. Please check the garment style, colors, sizes, quantities, decoration method, placement, dimensions and delivery details. A requested event date does not by itself confirm delivery by that date.
Mockups are visual previews
Front views use catalog garment photographs where available. Back views may be AI-generated garment previews. Screen colors, construction details, texture, print effects, embroidery and scale are approximate and may differ from the finished item.
A downloaded mockup may carry a Thread Studio watermark. It is a reference for discussing the design; it is not a supplier pattern or a manufacturing approval. Production artwork and a physical proof may be needed before the final order is approved.
Your artwork and permissions
You retain the rights you have in your original artwork. Upload only material you own or are authorized to use and share, including logos, trademarks, photographs, text and personal information about other people. If you act for a club, company or group, you confirm you are authorized to make the request.
You give the studio limited permission to store, copy, resize and display your uploads in private designs/previews, review them with authorized operators and communicate about your quote. This permission is for handling your requested service; uploading does not transfer ownership of your artwork. Any use for production is subject to the later approved order.
The website preserves your original uploaded file. Previews and exports may be resized or converted. We may ask you to clarify permissions or provide a usable file before we can continue.
Useful files and accurate information
Use the supported upload formats and limits shown by the site: PNG/JPG artwork, with PNG/JPG/PDF for additional references. Do not upload malicious files or information unrelated to your request.
Please provide accurate contact and project details, and let us know about important changes. You may submit an unfinished idea and ask for design help; approval for production happens separately.
Saved work and recovery
Drafts and files are saved privately on the service, with access associated with your browser or the hosting identity supplied to the site. Keeping your site cookies lets you return to anonymous drafts. Clearing cookies or using another device can remove access unless you enabled email recovery first.
Email recovery is optional and depends on email delivery being available. Links expire after 60 minutes, grant access to their linked designs and should be kept private. Removing or changing the recovery email revokes access through that recovery permission. Downloading a visual mockup gives you a local reference, not an editable backup of the project.
Privacy and service communications
We use your submitted information to save your design, process your request and respond to you. The Privacy notice explains storage, essential cookies, optional email recovery, providers and requests about your data.
Your request is recorded when the site shows a saved confirmation with a unique request number. Email delivery may fail or be unavailable, so keep the request number and check My designs for your saved confirmation.
Questions, changes and applicable rights
Email the studio using the contact address shown on this page if you have a question or need a correction. Include your request number where possible. Changes to a submitted request should be confirmed with the studio before any production work is approved.
These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Any later sale or production order may include additional terms presented before you approve that order. The version accepted with your quote request is recorded with the request.
