Information you provide

We store the designs you create and the information you choose to submit: garment and color choices, text, decoration settings, quantities, size breakdowns, timelines, event dates, budgets, instructions and organization details. Contact information may include your name, email address and optional phone number.

Uploaded PNG/JPG artwork, optional PDF references, original file details and generated mockup previews are stored with your project. A size CSV can contain names as well as sizes and quantities. Include only information you are authorized to share and that is needed for your request.

How we use it

We use this information to save and reopen your work, prepare visual previews, assess your requirements, communicate with you, prepare a quote and keep a record of your request. We also use limited technical information to protect the service, manage retries and prevent misuse.

This quote form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Your designs are not posted in a public customer gallery.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses essential cookies to recognize your private browser workspace and maintain a secure session. The visitor cookie (studio_visitor) can last up to one year, and the customer-session cookie (thread_client) up to 30 days. A session can be renewed while the identifying visitor cookie remains available.

Your draft is stored on the server. Its access is associated with a private browser identity, rather than your laptop’s IP address. If the hosting platform supplies a signed-in user identity, that identity can also associate your workspace with you.

The browser may store a submission retry identifier in localStorage to avoid duplicate requests. The retry identifier remains until browser storage is cleared. Original artwork and complete design files are not stored in localStorage. This application does not add advertising cookies or optional marketing analytics.

Clearing cookies, using private browsing or switching browsers/devices can remove access to an anonymous draft unless you previously enabled email recovery. People who use the same browser profile may be able to access that browser’s saved designs.

Optional email recovery

If you explicitly save a recovery email for a design, we store the email, a hashed email reference and the permissions needed to restore that design. Providing a quote contact email alone does not enable recovery.

Recovery links expire after 60 minutes and are redeemed explicitly on one browser session. We store a hash of the link token, rather than the raw token. Recovered access can last up to 30 days with the browser’s cookies. You can request a fresh link using the linked email, or remove/change the recovery email to revoke recovered access.

Keep recovery emails private: a person with the link can open the designs it covers. Email recovery is available only when the site’s email delivery is enabled.

People and services that process information

Authorized studio operators may access your information to handle your design and quote request. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure and private object storage. Product images are requested from Shopify’s image CDN, which receives the normal connection details needed to deliver them.

When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the recipient address and email content. Internal quote notifications can include your request details and a small mockup preview; recovery emails contain a private recovery link. Original files stay in private storage.

Hosting, storage and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata and delivery logs to operate and protect their services. Their processing may take place outside the country where you live.

Storage, retention and deletion requests

Saved drafts, uploads and quote requests do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Clearing a browser’s cookies does not delete those records from the server. Recovery links can expire while the underlying design remains saved.

Contact the studio if you want a copy, correction or deletion of your information. Include your request number if you have one; do not send recovery tokens or passwords. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Some information may need to be retained to handle an active project or meet applicable legal obligations.

Access and security

Customer files and requests are served through access checks and are not placed in a public download directory. Recovery grants are checked for the linked project and can be revoked. Protect your device, browser profile and recovery emails. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You can use the studio without creating an account, leave optional information blank, keep size details for later and choose whether to enable email recovery. Your rights to access, correct, delete or otherwise control personal information depend on the law that applies to you.
