Do I need an account or payment?
You can choose a garment, create a design and request a reviewed quote without registering or paying. Your submission is an enquiry, and the final order is agreed separately.
Will my design be saved?
Artwork and valid form changes autosave privately for the current browser. Keep your site cookies and use My designs to return. It is not saved against your laptop’s IP address. To use another device or recover after clearing cookies, first save a recovery email for that design; email recovery must be enabled on the site.
Can I order more than one color?
Yes. The editor’s preview color is separate from the garment colors requested in your quote. Choose one or several requested colors; you can also ask for color recommendations or leave the quantity split for the team to confirm.
Can I start without finished artwork?
Yes. Add text, upload a logo or submit a rough idea and choose design assistance. PNG/JPG artwork and PNG/JPG/PDF references are supported, up to the limit shown by the upload control. Originals are kept with your project.
What about minimums, shipping and urgent dates?
The quantity choices are enquiry ranges, not a guarantee of a production minimum. Tell us your required quantity, destination and preferred date. The studio confirms availability, quantities, shipping and delivery feasibility in the written quote.
What happens after I submit?
You receive an on-screen request number and a saved confirmation. The team reviews your design, requirements and product availability, then follows up with a quote or questions. The response target is 24–48 business hours. No production begins through this quote-request form.
